The Eagle And The Owl Made With Raw Fleece

The eagle and the owl are both made with stables of raw fleece that is needled one by one to a basic shape. For the eagle I have used lambswool from the norwegian sheep called spelsau, which has the most wonderfull silky wool that looks like feathers when it is needled on the head of the eagle.

For the owl I have used 9 different sheeps stables so I was able to use them for all the effects I wanted, with both long and short stables and with the clors I needed.
