I am often contacted by visitors who would like to buy dolls they have seen in the picture galleries. But all of these dolls have been made as part of projects or have been pre-ordered a long time before they were made. Due to lack of time I only make a very limited number of dolls each year, but I have decided to make some of these dolls available on Feltmaking.com as "Doll of the month".

Here she is – doll of the month - a little delayed but at last she got her clothes on. First the stockings, then the underpants and at last the red dress and the long sleeved blouse.

Doll of the month is made with the technique, where I first make a skeleton out of long soft pipe cleaners and then wrap wool around it for the basic body. Then gives it many extra shapes needled onto the basic body until it has the right character.

Now when she is finished, she can be a pixie for Christmas or just an ordinary old grandma, that can sit in the room the whole year round. Height: 22 cm.
