I am often contacted by visitors who would like to buy dolls they have seen in the picture galleries. But all of these dolls have been made as part of projects or have been pre-ordered a long time before they were made. Due to lack of time I only make a very limited number of dolls each year, but I have decided to make some of these dolls available on Feltmaking.com as "Doll of the month".

The doll has been sold

Doll of the month for April is a young nature fairy. She is easy to see with her burning red hair, but she can also hide between the wild flowers or red leaves. It is easy to move her and make her look alive. When she is sitting, her hands can be pushed a little backwards. Then she can lean and get a nice position if you want to place her indoor. Her legs can also be moved to another position and that makes it possible to see her in a new way.

She is made with the technique where I first needle all the parts of the body and then needle them together in the joints while I find the position I like. Then I needle shapes on the surface, so she gets her characteristics . Her size is 33 cm.
