Suddenly this Christmas a group of very old nisses (as we call them in Denmark) appeared in my workshop and some of them showed up to be sauna “nisses” because of their ruddiness.
The inspiration to those old “nisses” came from some very shiny white wool, that I got from a feltfriend, Margrit Miazza from Switzerland. She had been driving far up in the mountains to get it from a sheepfarmer. I started last winter to make old nisses in my new book “NISSEFILT”, and now this wool was just perfect for them.
