My new studio is now ready.
At the last moment, before I had arranged with the TV-station DK4 to come and make an interview with me, I had managed to unpack the things and arrange everything as i liked it. It was a very good way of opening the new place and it became a nice and cosy day.
Frantz Howitz who made the interview is a very good and pleasent man to work with and as a fantastic "gift" one of the best actors in Denmark Jytte Abildstroem had offered to show how my dolls became "alive".

Because of a very busy period in February, where I have moved to a new studio, have made a big TV interview with a Danish TV station, have made my text to a new book with 30 Danish feltmakers, there will be no "Doll of the month" for March.
I am also busy packing for a big exhibition I shall have at Denmarks biggest hand craft fair from March 19.-21.
My Exhibition is called: "Felt has many faces", and will for the first time show all the kinds of techniques I use, from different animal and human reliefs -to animal -and human sculptures.

It was not the best start on the winter season to find my studio water damaged caused by all the wonderfull snow we have had.
The next thing on my calendar was to send my felt work to the publisher "FIBER FEBER" for photographing.
25 Danish feltmakers were juried to participate in this new felt book. My contribution is two big soft granit women, an orangutan baby and a marten made of raw fleece.
Right now I am on the idea stadium for the 3 exhibitions I take part in this next half year.
I just sent for a big nature colored piece of needle felt from Elina Sari in Finland. It is going to be a "body" for a big sculpture.
